Took ourselves down to Brighton to get a dose of “proper seaside” and found ourselves in the middle of what turned out to be heatwave 3.0.
Nice walk along the beach lasted about 15 minutes before we were obliged to seek a cooling libation so only a few snatched photos on the first day.
These were the last shots I took on my old Nikon Z5 before taking the plunge and upgrading to the Z5ii.
It got cooler towards the end of our trip so we were able to stroll along the pier (as you do) in the evening light. I only had my iPhone with me that evening but it more than stood up to the test.
